My wife and I returned yesterday evening from a 3-months trip out of the country. We had the thermostat set low while we were away, then set it back up to where we like it when we returned. The furnace came on okay, but seemed to take longer than expected before the thermometer started moving slowly upward. I saw the furnace was reporting "Lo" alternating with "9" and didn't know what that meant, so decided to call Mowery after the office opened this morning. The whole house had come up to the set temperature during the night but the reading was the same, so I called anyway. Mowery sent Kirk right away (he has been to our house before and always does a great job.) He explained what the reading meant (fortunately, no problem!) and did a thorough assessment of our system, only finding one minor issue that was easily dealt with. After 3 months away, it is good to know that all is okay. Our service contract netted us 50% off the service call, and in another month we'll arrange for the free spring HVAC servicing. Mowery has always been there for us and the service contract has saved us a ton of money over the years - don't know why anyone would want to go without the service contract!

I had my water heater serviced today by Curran Roberts. He was quick, efficient and answered all my questions. He was also able to provide me a quote for future plumbing projects I am considering. Curran is very knowledgeable and can easily explain the whys.
I also had Kirk Wright service my furnace today. He was also knowledgable and efficient. He even proactively prepared my drain line for upcoming AC season. Mowery sends out highly skilled technicians to keep my house running correctly. When Nick Davis came out to do my annual furnace tuneup he noticed a gas leak on another device. Nick scheduled a plumber to come out and fix the leak. Erica Lightfoot came out and tested all of my lines, located the leak and fixed it. She then took the time before she left to test my gas appliances. Mowery sends out technicians with great people skills to match their professional skills.

Needed a leak under the house repaired…not an easy place to work! Zak did a quick and thorough job of explaining the issue and repairing the problem. He addressed other problems and called the office to get estimates for things needed. Mike came later to offer estimates for other work we are having them do. All this after a call at 9 in the morning and finished by 3 that day! Highly recommend Mowery and ask for Zak for your plumbing repairs!! He’ll take care of it all!

We had a plug of sewer line on Sunday. Mowery can out and diagnosed the plan then and scheduled a follow-up call Monday. The group came out to suggest alternative and to provide an external clean-out. They did not have the necessary materials, but Jake stayed very late to dig out the line, clear the blockage and then make sure that everything worked well. Thanks for getting us up and functioning Jake!

Seth Combs and Quinn H. just completed 2 days of plumbing work at our 1978 home. They put in a new kitchen faucet, totally replumbed our 2 bathtubs, installed new washer faucets and installed new outdoor hose faucets. The were so nice and fun to have in our home. The were prompt, worked efficiently, cleaned up after each job was completed, explained what was going on with each project and everything is fine now. We highly recommend Mowery. Never have had a bad experience. They service our HVAC system, installed our water heater, installed our water softener and installed our furnace during that big ice storm mess a few years ago. Just moved into a new house in Westfield IN. Had constant problems with the water softener. After 2 technicians came to check it out and not get my problem resolved I decided to try a third time. This time I got Marcus and after 30 minutes he was able to get the problem diagnosed. Ordered a part and a week later he came back and installed the part and now I have a working water softener!

I can honestly say, that over the last several years I have not received anywhere near the level of customer service, from any local or nationwide company or agency, that I received from the members of Mowery’s office staff and, even more so from Erica this week. And whatever kind of acknowledgment or recognition is given to Erica or the members of the office staff should be tripled.
I don’t write reviews often, though I’m used to seeing the 5-star review format. While the 5-star format is a somewhat reliable benchmark of an employee’s or company’s emphasis on customer service, it doesn’t adequately reward those employees that go above and beyond - company superstars. Thanks for listening and thank you.

AJ and Whitley were wonderful. They treated our home and me with such respect. AJ even called the next day to double check our new water heaters were working correctly and that we had no issues overnight. Who does that? AJ did.

Jim from Mowry came by today to install new piping in the residence that I live in. He did professional work that looks great and I working well. I booked my appointment online. Mowery sent a personal email to confirm the time was set. Kirk is exceptional. He is knowledgeable and thorough, but also friendly and loved our dog.

Addison contacted me, reminding me of my preventative maintenance that was due for my heat pump. Thank you, very helpful to be reminded! I scheduled the heat pump service, but asked to get my water heater preventative maintenance serviced the same day. Not a problem! This was very convenient, taking care of two services on the same day and same time!! **PLUS**
I was contacted 20-30 minutes before HVAC Tech arrival (Kirk Wright) and about the same time my plumber (Ray Snyder) arrived to service my water heater. **PLUS**
Both were very professional, courteous, conversational, and friendly! My dog got treats from Kirk too. Kirk added a 3/4" PCU union fitting to the condensation line and cleaned out the trap at no charge. **PLUS**
Checked blower, electrical, amps, etc. All in great shape....5yr old unit.
Ray drained the water heater indicating there was some hard water build up, **PLUS** but not excessive, probably because of the routine preventative maintenance plan. **PLUS**. It is 8-10yrs old and no water softener.
I will request these two techs for preventative maintenance and service that I may need in the future.
You have some good guy's Chip Mowery and your service is geared toward the customer! **PLUS**

Shout out to Jim Cummins and Wyatt Wise who did a great job taking care of our plumbing issues in our utility room. Jim and Wyatt were both prompt, professional, polite, hard-working, and Jim was very patient with me explaining how all of the repairs were going to be carried out. Jim also thoughtfully took photos of the plumbing repairs in the crawlspace so that I would have an idea of where the shut offs are and where the new drain they installed was tied in to the main drain. I cannot thank Mowery enough for all their assistance this week with our various efforts. First Albert & Erica came out to address our issue with water heater & found that the bottom element & thermostat needed replaced. I bought those parts and then Marcus followed up the next appointment. He had the unfortunate role of informing us that we would need a completely new water heater due to the amount of sediment & corrosion of the tank as it wouldn't even drain. :( BUT--Marcus handled it well. We'll be purchasing a new water heater today and scheduling Mowery to come out once again to install it properly. Albert & Erica were also a pleasure to deal with and we had a wonderful conversation as they worked on our issues. Very good customer service on site. Marcus as well.

Excellent company. Was messing around with companies that were going to charge me 3-4 times more, and I’d still be on a wait list over the weekend 🤣. Got frustrated & called after a pal told me of Mowery.
They sent out a gentleman by the name J Borall I believe his name was. Perfect gentleman, knocked out the issue, tested then insisted running it all over again to ensure it didnt block up again.Cleaned up after himself too. Really grateful to the company and their associate. If they are all trained and are nice as the gentleman then this is the ideal company.

We have been with Mowery for 9 years and they are the best and continue to impress us with their great employees. We recently had our furnace serviced by Kirk Wright, a distinguished Army veteran of 30 years and he was fantastic! He explained what he was doing and why and told me things I should do to keep our system performing best. He also serviced our gas insert fireplace, cleaned it out and added some fresh embers. I would recommend Kirk and Mowery to anyone.

I don’t know what some of these reviews are saying. I was staying at Riley’s children’s hospital, and needed a job. I called, we talked for almost 20 minutes on the phone. And they hired me a week later.

About two years ago, we switched maintenance on our furnace and AC, and boy am I glad. We weren't satisfied with the previous company at all, but Mowery is awesome in all ways that they weren't. It is very easy to get service scheduled and their plumbers and furnace/AC techs have all been awesome. They do great work and explain everything so well. We purchased a new house that came with the fireplace. The previous owner had no documentation for it. I contacted Mowery based on the online reviews to schedule a fireplace inspection and operational review. Nick arrive at our residence on time after notifying us he was on the way. He was polite, friendly, and very helpful. He performed a thorough inspection and cleaning. He then showed me how to light the pilot light, adjust the heat level, and operate the fireplace. Additionally, we have a natural gas heater to heat the garage that I had scheduled for a service with the fireplace. He was told he was to service the furnace, but he had no experience with this heater. I was expecting a reschedule for the heater, but he called for reinforcements. Austin showed up 30-minutes later and went over the heater with Nick and its operation with me. I appreciated Nick's candor and Austin's customer first attitude. The service price was very reasonable for both the fireplace and heater services. I would recommend Mowery for fireplace servicing. They also do HVAC work and plumbing, which I'll keep in mind. I will have them back this coming fall for a fire place winter tune-up again.

A week ago today we awoke to 10 inches of snow and a malfunctioning well pump. I called Mowery and was very surprised to find they had trucks running considering our weather. Jim arrived and quickly went to work accessing our issue and within a few minutes he had a plan put together to make sure we had our water back on. Jim was pleasant and professional. He explained in detail what he was going to do to fix our issue. Once he finished up he explained to us what he did and went over the new parts he installed. EMS smelled gas as they entered the home yesterday, 04AUG24. They checked near all the appliances inside the home with their meter and got no indication of a leak. I have used Mowery for a few years for my heating and cooling needs. I have used them for drains before as well. Today I had to have them back for some main drain issues. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk me through things as well as explain how things may be with the age of my house. I had just had back surgery so he made sure to take care of things without needing me to be right there while he worked on things. He was even nice enough to bring in my packages that were on my steps. :) It was nice to get to talk to Joe and get to know him a little bit. He wasn't just here to do a job. Humidifier was leaking when I set the humidity at 50%. After reading this article, I checked the drain pipe from the bottom of the humidifier. It was completely clogged. Also the return water in the pump was filled with crud. replaced both and the system is just like brand new thank you very much.

My furnace was being replaced by Ryan and Codie this morning - on Christmas Eve and they noticed that my hot water heater was leaking. So Jon called up another gentleman to see if he was available for us today to come by and fix it.

The Mowery Tech performed the $69.99 gas fireplace tune up & the service I received was unbelievable!!! After the standard service, my gas fireplace was not performing to spec. So, they sent a more experienced senior Tech to follow up on the problem. He sends for additional help & they tear down the system until it’s working properly. We have lived in our home for over 15 years & it’s never worked so well!
I didn’t believe that this level of customer service actually existed.

I have been having issues with my element going bad due to IN hard water. I had a great experience with Devin. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and performed his job well. Devin took the time to answer my questions. He discussed the benefits of a water softener, and took the time to show me the bad element and all of the sediment building up inside the unit. That visual education definitely changed my mind and I will be looking into a water softener.

We called Mowery for a drain blockage. Devin came out to make the repairs without stopping to take a lunch. I’m so impressed by Devin’s work ethic. He meticulously cleaned up. I’m so impressed. Just had a great experience with a service Technician, Devin Collins and the service mgr.Jay. They will stay on a problem which other installers make a see it corrected without bankrupting the client. We have dealt with the Mowery service group for over 22 years. Good people to call for heating and cooling equipment service and installation.12-4-24, had the winter furnace tuneup performed by Nick Davis. A very nice and competent young man, hopefully all will extend the life of the equipment.

Mowery fixed my In-laws fireplace that hadn’t worked in sometime on 10/13/24. In December, it went out again. I called and asked them to come back out and they said they’d have to charge $85 for the inspection and then whatever it cost to fix it since it was over 30 days since repair. Apparently, Mowery’s work is only good for a month -not even the full season. Go elsewhere.

I had a leaky pipe in the basement. I called Mowery in the morning and by early afternoon a serviceman came. His name was Quinn, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. We took a look at the pipe leak, and he explained very clearly why I had the problem and the steps to take to repair it. He gave me a couple of options, and got to work and when he finished he had me look at the repair. It looked great. He made a few observations about some of our piping, and I intend to call Mowery for an estimate. We've had work done before by Mowery and have always been satisfied.

Hi aunt Mowery do my service contract on my heating and air and my tankless water heater for several years. Last February I noticed the big puddle of water underneath my furnace. I called Mowery to have him come out and he said the heating exchanger was out. I need a new furnace. Salesman came out and sold me a new furnace. I told him about the add-ons have been done over the years. He said no problem will take care of it. Their men show up to put it in as we have to call an electrician. I said you can’t take care of that yourself he said no. So I said I’ll just get somebody else so I contacted Bassett they took care of the whole thing no problem. Their electricians came fix everything. Then this summer I had Bassett come and do my service on my AC and they said you have got to have a new Coil because this one is completely plugged up. It didn’t everybody come and look at this and I said Mowery. I said they should’ve caught this and this is why your furnace heat exchanger went out so thanks a lot Mowery now I’m with Bassett.

Absolute disgrace that someone calls in because one of your vehicles number 96 a van driving in and out of traffic without using its turn signal in rush hour traffic on Raymond Street. Here is my story: The tech told my wife she had to make a payment for service. She told them I had the money and I'm at work. Long story short, they agreed to wait until I got home, and I left work immediately. It was a 30-minute rush home, and these idiots left 5 minutes before I arrived after they agreed to wait. What a cowardly way to do business and a waste of customer time and money. You will never get a dime from this household.
FYI, the water heater I spent like 3 grand on is trash and poor quality. I talked to a real licensed plummer he verified.

I have had a service contract with Mowery for multiple years now. I first used them when I had a leak in my home that required emergency service. Since then they have been servicing my furnace, water heater, and air conditioning. In 2020 Mowery replaced my gas furnace and installed a new Lennox a/c unit. Each year they come out for annual maintenance/tune-up in addition to other services as needed - like getting drains augered. Joe and Craig did an excellent job for us. Joe explained everything they would be doing and the estimated cost. They were very professional and great personalities!! Joe came yesterday and couldn’t get the snake to go through so he came back with Craig and they worked together and took care of the job. We always use Mowerys for all our jobs because we trust them and they are very reasonable and will explain everything they will be doing. I would rate them a 10 plus….. Great employees!!!

Mowery is the BEST. We’ve been with them for all of our plumbing/gas/HVAC needs for several years. The scheduling, dispatch and service technicians do a great job. They arrive on time and let you know ahead of time that they are on the way! Today Devin serviced 2 heating units in our home. He is thorough and able to explain to us what he did and how our gas fireplace pilot system operated. When we have maintenance or repair we go straight to MOWERY.

Our thermostat broke and given how cold it’s been outside I was excited when Mowery was able to schedule us for a same day appointment. Scott was nothing short of incredible. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. He not only was knowledgeable about the work, but was also observant regarding other maintenance issues (like the air filter I’m admittedly bad about replacing in a timely manner haha.) Honestly, anytime I need to call Mowery I’m not even stressed because I trust them to do the job well. You can’t say that about every company! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Josh S. and Quinn H. They installed a full tankless water heater system and corrected a water softener issue we had. I had worked as a hospital CEO for 22+ years (and a clinician as well) and am very familiar with exceeding patient/customer service, employee integrity/trust, relationship-building, and work ethic. I was compelled to write this review as both these Mowery experts were absolutely superb across all of the above areas! It's difficult to find the high quality of expert and "character" employees in this day and age...kudos to the owner (Chip Cochran) for creating an exceeding culture within your company! Due to the above, I also signed up for a service agreement. Mr. Cochran, I don't want to over step, but would respectfully request consideration of a nice bonus for these two. Our kitchen sink has had issues for years with clogs. Craig was able to not only finally get it cleared, but he was the FIRST person able to open an old cleanout that no one else has managed to get to move in the decade we've been living here. It's going to make maintaining the drain SO much easier!

We had a situation where we called another vendor, and they charged us and never finished the job to our satisfaction. We called Mowery to finish the job, and Craig came and was extremely helpful and pleasant. He finished the job and shared details on how to take care of the drains in future as well. I would definitely recommend Mowery over some of the franchised companies claiming 24X7 however they do not have real service over the weekend.

I submitted a request for an appointment via their website on Sunday evening when my air conditioning stopped working. Mowery got me on the schedule first thing the next morning and the technician was at my house by 9:30 AM. He quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair in less than an hour. I would definitely call on Mowery again for any home heating/cooling issues.
Edit: Still great service from Mowery! Hot water heater started acting up over the weekend, Marcus came out on Saturday afternoon and got things working again quickly. Our plumber, Marcus, came to fix a dripping faucet. While he was shutting off the main water line, he noticed a gas smell. In addition to fixing the leaking faucet, he was willing to spend the extra time to conduct a bubble test for a gas leak and identified it was a leak and quickly repaired it. It was the end of the day and Marcus could have been focused on finishing up for the day, but he chose to do the right thing. My family is grateful for Marcus' willingness to take the extra time to fix this and keep our family safe!!

Two Mowery technicians serviced my home.
Kyle started with my new semi annual HAVAC check. He informed me on airflow in registers and my fan being on auto vs. always on .
He was not able to replace a large filter-but, made arrangement for it to be installed.
Marcus was the plumber sent to assess a problem with dampness in crawl space, and answer questions I had. He did both to my satisfaction leaving me with enough knowledge to confidently proceed with what I need to do.
Marcus also brought and installed the filter !
Both were efficient friendly and wore booties!!

I have been using Mowery Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing for many years. Furnace, air conditioning, gas fireplace, water heater, and a few small issues. Recently during this heat wave, my air conditioning went out. I called for a service technician to come out. Kirk arrived, and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He showed me where a chipmunk had chewed the thermostat wiring from the furnace to the a/c unit. A new wire was ran from the furnace to the a/c unit, the air conditioning was returned to full operation, and the house was once again cooling. Kirk went above and beyond checking that the furnace and a/c unit were ready for full operation. Once again thank you Mowery, and most of all super job Kirk for saving the day. Bravo Zulu Master Chief!!

Calling them was the best idea. Each worker I met carried themselves with respect and honesty. I was quoted fairly and everything was all fixed within 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend this company more! Big thanks to Joe who helped me today. I wish I could remember the names of both of the other guys who helped so I could give them a shoutout too!

I love the service! I have been using Mowery for couple of years now and never had any problems with them. I love the fact that they always give you a courtesy call before arriving. Their service technician are very helpful and professional especially Devin. I Highly recommend their services.

Taylor V and Jacob T did an amazing job replacing the line to my sewer. They were very thorough, friendly, focused on safety, and even fixed a different issue that popped up out of nowhere. Mowery has replaced my furnace/ ac (at 2 addresses) replaced my water heater, serviced my gas logs, and drainage issues. Very thankful for the Great business I have received thru the years!

I am having a really hard time in life And Joe was very nice gave me plenty of knowledge on my problem with my drain and even listened to me rambling on… He also informed me of the Service agreement that could benefit me in the long run.I can honestly say on a scale of 1-10 he is a 10+. Craig and Joe came and diagnosed and corrected a drain issue that we were experiencing at my workplace. Very pleased with Spencer!!! The house was 87 degrees when he arrived and very quickly he had me cooling. He was professional, friendly, and efficient - even after he’d already been working for 15 hours straight on one of the hottest days of the year. I signed up for the service plan because of him. Mowery means prompt and perfect service. The office sent a gentleman named Craig (the same day I called) to fix my badly clogged kitchen sink. Craig went above and beyond to offer the best plumbing service, he remembered to wear his plastic shoe covers (my fam doesn’t wear shoes around the house) and he even cleaned up the under sink space very well. Not to mention the vast plumbing and HVAC related knowledge he has, he informed us about latest water softener and fireplaces options, and had us save money in the long run by offering the master protection plan/warranty.

This is a great company. I have never trusted an HVAC company more than Mowery, and this is because of years of consistent, dependable service. Tony M. has been over to my house on a few occasions. He did my air conditioning maintenance most recently. The same week, Seth C. came over to fix a leak and check the water heater. Both of these guys are skilled tradesmen with excellent customer service skills. Sometimes the prices may be slightly higher, but it's worth it. You can't put a price tag on trust. I purchased a new AC unit from Mowery this summer. The salesmen and the techs were all very nice and helpful and had the unit set up quickly. The price was comparable to others. Within a few hours though, there was an issue with it. I contacted them and let the overnight dispatcher know that they had just put in a new unit, it wasn’t working properly, and they needed to send out someone to correct it. The dispatcher started telling me how much the visit would cost. I let them know that I had just spent several thousand dollars buying the unit and was not paying for repairs on it. They then told me that no one was available and I’d have to call back during normal business hours. I then contacted the salesmen who had helped me and let him know what was going on. He then contacted their on call repairman and had him there within an hour. When checking it out he found that the new unit was missing a vent that should have been put in when it was installed. After installing that and clearing out the pipes connecting it, it has been working fine. While I appreciate the work they have done and am very grateful for the salesman, installers, and overnight repairman getting the issues corrected, being lied to by the dispatcher is unacceptable and I now don’t feel as if I’d be able to contact them in emergencies.

Aaron came to do our annual A/C service and found a part that had been incorrectly installed and was also completely worn out. This is a unit that has been serviced annually by another company but no one ever mentioned the incorrect wiring! Replaced the part and cleaned everything then made sure all was running smoothly before he left. He knows what he is doing and I plan to ask for him next time!

I’ve used Mowery several times over the years, and I’m continually impressed with thier friendliness and professionalism from the people answering the phones to the skilled technicians coming out to do the work. They are always very reasonably priced from plumbing to HVAC. I recently had a large leak under my foundation and Mike came out and quoted and managed the job. He had Jim and his assistant (don’t remember his name) were out early the next morning to remove the concrete slab and repair the leak. Jim quickly found the leak was actually in the copper supply line going through the footer. The excavation crew Nic, Jacob, & Taylor came out and excavate on the outside of the house. A big job I thought would take all day was completed in about fours house. Nic, Jacob, & Taylor took the time to completely cleaned up the job site and remove all trash. Another satisfied customer!!

I’ve used Mowery for approx 30 years in 3 different homes. I’ve always been pleased. The technician that usually comes, Clint, is outstanding. Friendly and thorough. I needed a new HVAC system. The sales representative, Gregg, was professional and explained all my options thoroughly. The installation team, Alec and Austin, we’re careful, respectful of my home, non-intrusive, and completed the job quicker than I expected. All in all a great experience. I recommend Mowery and their team without reservation!

Kirk was great! I got a calling telling me he was coming and where he was coming from. He listened to the issues we were having and did a quick repair. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me good suggestions to the questions I had. We had Don out the last time, he was great as well. He was also very knowledgeable about our system and figured out our issue fast. I have have had a great experience each time I use Mowery and I highly recommend you use them in your own home. Hey Chip, wanted to let you know that Todd did a FANTASTIC job!! I love working with you guys and Todd did not disappoint. Chris and Will also do not disappoint either, but since Todd was here today I wanted to make sure you knew. Todd was on time, professional, and even went as far as to dig out some hay that was at the bottom of my AC unit. Matt (plumber) was also here and he also did a fantastic job too!! Mowery goes above and beyond for good customer service and I really can't stress that enough. I love working with you guys and will continue to do so and will recommend you guys when people ask for an HVAC or plumbing company.

I can not speak highly enough about Mowery! When our 16 year old furnace died in the winter and left us without heat they brought us space heaters until they could install the new furnace a few days later. They were timely, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. We then used them again a couple weeks later to fix a leaky bathroom faucet. Another job well done! Every single person we spoke to and worked with was helpful and kind. Quality company! We will use them whenever we can!

Just outstanding experience from scheduling to completing the work. Last year I had Mowery come out and service my gas fireplaces and that day I switched to Mowery for my furnace and AC maintenance plan as well as they were so good to work with. Flash forward to this week (Oct 2021), had an issue with the ejector pump float switch, and called Mowery to do that as well as flush my tankless water heater. Front office was super quick on scheduling and Matt (plumber) came out and took care of my water heater maintenance and diagnosed my ejector pump issue. Gave me options, got the needed parts quickly and came back a day later and fixed the ejector pump issue. Kudos to both Matt, as well as Bruce in the parts dept and Mowery overall. They are now my go to for heating & cooling, plumbing and gas fireplace maintenance now. Very reasonably priced compared to competitors and great service. Highly recommend.

I had a gentleman named Jacob out at the beginning of the week to check one of our sump pumps that wasn't working. It had to be ordered and so he was back out this morning. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We live on a spring so we have 2 main pumps plus a back-up, which is the one he replaced. He was so nice explaining to me how everything worked and testing them all out. I am so thankful that I don't have to worry now about water in my basement again like we had last weekend with the heavy rain when the one pump failed. I would highly recommend Mowery and this technician/plumber Jacob B.

Matt and Marcus did a great job in replacing our home’s washer box. They also went ahead and hooked up our new washer and took away our old washer. Excellent service. AC repair was done very timely and professionally. Next day it needed another visit as it wasn’t working quite as it should. Both gentlemen who did the repairs were very professional, but Steve really went the extra mile and took time to give helpful information to me about vents and maintaining the air flow. Craig and Cory did an amazing job getting our 16 year-old furnace & a/c units out of the home and installing the new units carefully and professionally. We added an inline humidifier and better filtration cabinet, too. The two worked tirelessly, protecting our finished floors and stairs from damage and debris, and cleaned up after themselves. The salesman Jay did an amazing job of setting our expectations right and the installers did exactly as Jay said they would. This is a solid team. We have had a maimtenance agreement with Mowery for years, and will continue to do so. Thanks for the job well done.

I had a problem with downstairs drain. The builders of the houses in our area used the wrong piping. So when they first came to my house to fix the problem things didn't go well. From Barb who answers your phones to Mike Phillips who explained how to best fix said problem and gave price quote. And lets not forget the excellent plumber. John P, I might add was the best example of customer service, cleaned up, fixed problem. All with a smile and a thank you. Customer service at it's best. Customers do really matter. You have a great team Chip! Take good care of your team, Great job. I'm a customer for life. 14 dollars a month sign up peoples! Great program.

I recently had a hot water recirculation system installed at my house. This made it possible for hot water to reach all the faucets with hot water without waiting for in to get there. I love it!! But more importantly the service and attention to detail from Devon the technician was terrific. He was professional, polite , knowledgeable and stuck with the job until it was running perfectly. As always, everyone from the person who makes your appointment down to the technician that finishes the job, Mowery is a top notch company. I’ve been a customer for years and know they are # 1 ! Mowery saved our bacon; I've never seen such a rapid response to an after hours emergency call. So the setting is Saturday night on Memorial Day weekend. These issues always have to occur at the most inopportune times. I had just finished an early shower, and was preparing for a movie night. However when I went to turn off the shower the water kept flowing. I may not be a plumber, but I knew this was a problem. Thankfully I have a contract with Mowery so I gave them a call to explain the situation. Less than 30 minutes after the call a Mowery representative named Jacob arrived. He was immediately able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem. In addition he was very personable and friendly. He certainly saved our weekend, and we truly appreciate it.
