I wanted to let you know about the WONDERFUL service that I received from your company. My furnace was not working, and your service technician came to my house at 3:45 pm on a Friday evening. He assessed the situation, made some phone calls, and figured out a way to fix the problem that night. Your company drove around town to get parts for me, which was much appreciated! I was in the middle of hosting a party (where we were huddled around a fireplace) and your technician calmly worked through the noise. Then he spent quality time with me explaining what he did and how we could help prevent problems in the future. What great service! I am so impressed with his kindness and patience!
