I called on a Sunday morning for emergency service and Derek arrived within 2 hours. and even a little early for the arrival timed quoted, promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He gave me several pieces of unsolicited advice about caring for and operating my furnace and ac, which was above and beyond. I paid the after hour rates, which were about what I expected to pay even though I could have waited until Monday. I was so impressed we bought a service agreement from Mowery so we can get regular tune ups to keep our equipment running smoothly.
