Recently I had some serious water problems and want to let you know how pleased we were with your technician John Shulteis. His professionalism and his explanation of the problems were appreciated. We even had a concern the following day and he came by our home to check his work without our asking him to. That is true “customer service”. Tell John thanks again for us!
