Kevin L. came to our home for a backed up drain line. We were given a date and time range that the service man would arrive. The Kevin L. called in the morning to verify that he would be coming that day and called back to alert me when he would arrive which was within the time range. Kevin L. promptly went to work when he arrived and fixed the problem. He was dressed neatly, was a pleasure to work with and cleaned up the affected area when he was done. The price was as quoted. I would ask for Kevin L. in the future…he knew his job, explained what he was doing and why, and got the job done.
