Mowery stood behind their work!

Bought the Big Deal from Angie’s List to fix a clogged drain. The Big Deal ended up being a good deal! A technician came out and cleared the drain. However, less than two days later it was clogged again. Mowery sent out another tech who was head of the drain department. He again cleared the drain and ran a camera through the drain line. I had a good view of the line and he offered some advice on how to keep it clean. They didn’t charge me for the second visit and actually gave me a drain warranty for the clog. About a week and a half later, the drain started to run slow again. I tried what was suggested to keep it running smooth and sure enough, it started working again with no problems since. I am impressed that they made things right and stood behind their work. They took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction. They were professional, very nice and very friendly. I recommend Mowery.
