We met with Jay the estimator. It was an amazing experience! Jay was professional, friendly knowledgeable, and gave us so much helpful information so we could make an educated decision. We met with other service providers and after comparing value, ratings and pros/cons on each system, we had to go with Mowery because they were head and shoulders above the rest. The morning of the install, a cheerful employee company employee called and let us know the techs were on their way. Jay came and introduced me to Tyler and Randy who would be doing the install. They were a well-oiled machine. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Chip and later Andy, the General Manager. Tyler explained the state of the art thermostat. We can control our temp even when we are away from home. Mowery prides themselves on customer service and they honestly live and breathe it! It was wonderful working with a company that you know cares about their products and customers.
