On January 4th, your serviceman, Jay W, met me at my parents’ house in Pittsboro as the furnace was not functioning and the temperatures were below 20 and there was a threat of pipes freezing in the home. Although it was after hours and cold, both Jay and the owner, Chip, went out of their way to accomodate my family, even going so far as to bring space heaters to the house to prevent freezing pipes.
