We would like to let you know about the great service call we had on 12/23/2013 for a heating tune up. Our technician was Kevin C. and he was courteous and thorough. He explained everything he did and even checked our water softener level and helped to add salt. His check list covered everything and more.
During all of the snow and cold this last week we were toasty warm! As always when dealing with Barb L. on the phone, she is courteous and professional. We appreciate the extra calls letting us know where we were are on the list and when our technician is on the way. Thanks for the great service.
