As you are aware, Mowery installed a new Furnace and AC Unit in our home in Avon in July 2009. As with any major project, there were some “punch list” type issues with this new system. Both Cindy and I have been very impressed with the level of customer support provided by your company. Specifically, your Service Manager – Mike Puckett took a significant amount of time to work with us on our AC system this summer. I want you to know that Mike does an outstanding job of representing your company and providing professional customer service. Further, I was impressed that he took the time to arrange for a Lennox Representative to visit our home to review the system. In addition, the Service Technician – Rob was at our house on several occasions to diagnose our AC issue. I felt that he was very technically competent and really worked diligently to find the root cause of our issue.
