Today I called MOWERY for the 1st time-emergency-no heat. I would like to commend two of your employees. First, Jackie, who received my call-Her personality and prompt efficiency in getting a technician for my service. And second, Ron the furnace tech, who was not only efficient, but very courteous, expanatory, and had a very pleasant personality that conviced me to sign up for the yearly service agreement.
If all of your employees are like these two-I am sure you will have a very successful 2010 year.
