Mike K was at my house after hours for a plumbing emergency, and was so wonderful. I was a mess and on a fixed income. I was in tears worried about what it was going to cost to fix the problem. Mike told me not to cry, and that we would figure out together what it was going to take to fix it. He looked at the problem, and gave me an estimate that was well within my budget. He was so considerate and nice, and even put up with my dog. I was so happy with the service your company provided this morning!
