I am a brand new customer to Mowery, as of about 4 hours ago. I called your overnight service, and Mike was sent to my house. I had a pretty minor plumbing leak, but my house had no water. Mike did a very nice job, and was very curteous. He even signed me up for one of your service agreements. Being in management, I’m sure you usually get the negative phone calls and complaints. I just wanted to give praise where it was due. Mike “gets it” about customer service and taking care of customers. Keep up the good work!
