I was told someone would be there that afternoon. “Someone” was Mike K. My plumbing problem was extensive. Mike was very professional and patient in explaining all the repairs required. Repairmen and service professionals often make me feel dumb. Mike always spoke to me as an equal and happily answered all my questions.
