Heath went above and beyond!

The drain flange on our 20 year old house had become corroded after a poor chemical selection and as a result, the stopper no longer works. Mowery scheduled us promptly and at a time convenient to us. Our technician Heath explained that he did not have a new assembly on the truck to match the nickel finish in our bath, but he could order a new one. Since we wanted it completed, we told him the chrome version would be fine. When he was finished and we inspected the job, I was surprised to find that it was in the matching finish. Heath explained that while he was working, a colleague called. When Heath learned he was at the supply house, he had his colleague pick up the matching assembly and drop it by our house. We were very happy with the end result! All in all, good work and a prompt professional call.
