This was our first service performed by Mowery. We had a plumbing problem late on a Saturday afternoon. Your company was easy to reach by phone and I spoke with a real person. We received good communications leading to the pending service. Kevin did a good job of explaining his diagnosis and repair. We got a follow-up call from Kevin L. when the service was complete. This kind of service is rare in 2014!
