I discovered around 4pm that we had only lukewarm water in the house, instead of the normal hot water. Since our water heater was still under warranty, I searched the manufacturer for a local repair company. Mowery was able to send someone out within the hour. The technician diagnosed the problem, explained the cause, and what we should do to prevent it. When it was time to pay, Tim showed me a coupon I could use to save the $85 diagnostic charge and gave us credit on the element since it was covered under the warranty. He told me about the company’s yearly maintenance plan. All in all, I was very satisfied with the timely and efficient manner the problem was handled.
