I called Mowery to help me with a home owner who needed a professional plumber to take a look at some work that a previous company had performed on her home. She had been taken advantage of and poorly treated by the previous company. I initially spoke with Barb, their customer service rep in the office. She was wonderful and understanding and very helpful in scheduling one of their best to meet me at the homeowners’ residence. Phil, the gentleman that showed up, was very polite, professional, compassionate and patient. He was happy to help and give his professional opinion. I will call Mowery in the future for ALL of my plumbing needs and to help service any of my clients!
